An excellent service once again. Pick up on time going to Manchester Airport and driver waiting at the agreed place when we got back. 8 of us with a 14 month old toddler, baby seat already fitted for both journeys just great. After making our booking flight times were changed, our pick up arrangements changed but despite all this it was no problem to Airport Xpress, they just changed their details with no complaint or hassle or extra costs. Their minibuses were of the highest standard we had seen of any other firms we had used. I was quite suprised by the fact they turned up on time (other firms we have used are ALWAYS 5/10 minutes late), the driver(s) were polite, helpful, friendly, smart. We were given a handy little pack on arrival at the airport, which was brilliant (the luggage tags helped us identify our cases a little easier). Coming back it was great to be met by the driver inside the terminal instead of having to stand outside and ring the company several times before we found our driver (this is what has happened in the past with other companies), again the driver was smartly dressed, polite, helpful and friendly and we were also given a free drink. “Where do we start, we originally had an advertising flyer posted through our door and it was just at the right time as we were due to go away. “Absolutley great! The drivers on both outward and return journeys couldn't do enough for us. Travelling to and from the airport was a real pleasure and we felt that our holiday started in style from leaving home. The drivers were punctual, courteous and very accomodating. We were even offered refreshments on the way home!The only thing is, we didn't give the driver on the way home a decent tip. We only had euros - next time we will be more organised - they truly deserve a few extra quid!!”

“The driver was a little early, we didnt need to rush, just take your time he said, so everything was calm and relaxed, i usually worry all the way there, about one thing or another, but somehow with no visual aids, he made the atmosphere in the vehicle nice and calm. On our return journey we were 5 mins early, and he was spot on time, so helpful with the luggage as my husband is 71 and has 2 metal knees, he just whisked us away and home. “What a brilliant service, we will never use a local taxi firm again. We booked about 3 weeks before our holiday and had a confirmation call the day before we flew. Arrived spot on time and was given a pack at the airport with details of the company and procedures for our return journey. Also contained luggage tags for our use. On return the driver was waiting inside the airport terminal, helped with our bags and offered a drink once inside the vehicle. All in all a really professional service, the vehicle was lovely and clean and nothing was too much trouble. “Having used this service several times I can say that it is consistently excellent. The mini bus arrives promptly for pick up and the driver is always waiting in the arrivals hall on return. All the drivers are very professional, polite, helpful (especially with elderly customers) and friendly. The service is very well organised and includes extras such as a confirmation phone call on the day before departure, a useful information wallet and a bottled drink on the return journey. We try to go away 4 times a year and over the past couple of years have had some nightmares regards taxi transfers until we were given your details by a friend of ours and what I would say is that not only do you do exactly what it says on the tin but you do it with style please do not change anything it is not broken!
